The magnetic SpoodScapes asteroid suspension bridge connects textured miniature asteroids with a flexible natural fiber cord. This creates an additional path for exploration between platforms, hides, and climbing elements.

Two magnetic, asteroid-shaped end pieces allow for attachment to suitable glass or acrylic walls. The crater texture matches our Luna theme world particularly well and complements moon hides, planets, and other space-themed accessories.

The asteroid suspension bridge in detail

A path between small worlds

Use the suspension bridge to connect different areas of your enclosure. For example, place the ends near a platform or a hide to create an additional climbing route through the terrarium.

Asteroids with crater texture

The strung-on PLA elements replicate the irregular crater surface of small celestial bodies. Their textured design gives the bridge its distinctive space character.

Magnetic end pieces

At both ends, there is a half-asteroid with an integrated neodymium magnet. The included counter-magnets are placed on the outside of the terrarium wall.

The holding strength depends, among other things, on the material and thickness of the wall. Check that both end pieces are secure before use.

Flexible bridge path

The natural fiber cord allows for a slightly sagging or more curved path. You can customize the bridge to fit your enclosure by adjusting the distance and height of the attachment points.

Install the bridge without applying strong tension to the magnetic end pieces.

Usage

• Choose two suitable attachment points on glass or acrylic walls.
• Ensure the corresponding areas on the outside of the wall are accessible.
• Hold one end piece against the inside of the wall and carefully bring the counter-magnet into position on the outside.
• Align the bridge so that its ends are easily accessible to your pet.
• Avoid placing strong tension on the cord and attachment points.
• Check that both ends are securely held before your pet uses the bridge.
• Keep ventilation openings and moving parts of the terrarium clear.
• Support the bridge when removing the counter-magnets.

Care and cleaning

• Gently clean soiled areas with a soft microfiber cloth dampened with lukewarm water.
• Avoid soaking the natural fiber cord for long periods.
• Do not use rough cloths, scouring sponges, or hard brushes.
• Do not use acetone, solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, or aggressive chemicals.
• Do not use hot or boiling water.
• Do not clean the bridge in the dishwasher.
• Allow all components to dry completely after cleaning.

Important notes

Placement and monitoring

Choose the distance and height of the attachment points based on your pet and the rest of the enclosure. Regularly inspect the cord for fraying and the asteroids for loose or damaged parts.

Heat and sunlight

PLA is heat-sensitive and can deform under excessive heat. Keep the bridge away from direct sunlight, heat lamps, radiators, hot surfaces, and open flames.

Product safety

This product is intended as a climbing accessory for terrariums with appropriately sized invertebrates, such as jumping spiders. It is not a toy.

• Keep away from small children.
• Contains small magnets. These must not be swallowed.
• Bring the magnetic sides together carefully so they do not snap against each other uncontrollably.
• Regularly check the bridge for damaged cords, cracks, loose asteroids, and loose magnets.
• Do not use the product if components are damaged or if magnets come loose.
• Check for secure attachment of both end pieces after every cleaning and repositioning.
• Do not pull on the cord or the strung asteroids when removing.
