The magnetic SpoodScapes leaf-shaped feeding dish combines a practical feeding spot with a natural forest motif. Its curved shape, fine leaf veins, and olive-green hue add a charming detail to your terrarium setup.

With the integrated neodymium magnet and the included counter-magnet, the dish can be attached to suitable glass or acrylic walls. This allows you to offer an elevated feeding spot near platforms, bridges, or hiding places.

The feeding dish in detail

Elevated feeding spot

The magnetic attachment allows it to be placed in a suitable spot on the terrarium wall. Combine the dish with a platform or a climbing path so your jumping spider can easily reach the feeding area.

Curved leaf shape

The slightly curved leaf forms a shallow, open-access feeding dish. In it, you can offer suitable feeder insects, such as mealworms in a size appropriate for your pet.

The dish is not an escape-proof container for feeder insects. Observe feeding and remove uneaten feeder insects and food residues in a timely manner.

Magnetic attachment

The integrated neodymium magnet holds the feeding dish in place on a suitable glass or acrylic wall together with the external counter-magnet. Glue, adhesive tape, or suction cups are not required.

The stability depends on the wall thickness and the nature of the terrarium wall. Before use, check whether the dish is attached securely and in the appropriate orientation.

Natural leaf look

Fine leaf veins and the olive-green color match forest-themed environments and other natural-style setups. The leaf shape can be combined with hiding places, suspension bridges, and other decor elements.

Usage

• Choose a suitable, easily accessible spot on the terrarium wall.
• Place the feeding dish on the inside and the counter-magnet on the outside.
• Carefully bring both parts together.
• Align the dish so that the feeding surface faces upwards and check for a secure hold.
• Only offer food that is appropriate for your animal's species and size.
• Remove uneaten feeder insects and food residues after feeding.

Care and cleaning

• Remove food residues regularly and clean the dish if it becomes dirty.
• Use lukewarm water and a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth.
• Do not use scouring sponges, hard brushes, or sharp-edged tools.
• Do not use acetone, solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, or aggressive chemicals.
• Do not use hot or boiling water.
• Do not clean the dish in the dishwasher.
• Allow it to dry after cleaning before reinserting it.

Important notes

Suitable food

The feeding dish is intended for offering suitable feeder insects. It does not reliably prevent living feeder insects from scattering throughout the terrarium. Therefore, check the dish and its surroundings during and after feeding.

Heat and sunlight

PLA is heat-sensitive and can deform if it gets too hot. Keep the feeding dish away from direct sunlight, heat lamps, radiators, hot surfaces, and open flames.

Product safety

This product is intended as a feeding dish for suitable small invertebrates, such as jumping spiders. It is not a toy.

• Keep away from small children.
• Contains small magnets and small parts that could be swallowed.
• Swallowed magnets can cause severe internal injuries. Seek medical attention immediately if swallowed or inhaled.
• Keep the loose counter-magnet out of reach of children.
• Regularly check the dish for cracks, damage, and loose magnets.
• Stop using the product if components or magnets are loose or damaged.
• Check for a secure hold before use and after every repositioning.
